Booking fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking and must be received within 3 days of booking your party. On receipt of your booking fee, confirmation will be sent to you by text (sms) or by email.  Any balance due is payable on the day of the party.

Cancellation

A minimum of 72 hours must be given to cancel a party otherwise the full amount will be due.  

Credit cards

All credit card payments are securely processed by Sumup or Paypal.

Travel

We will endeavour to arrive at your party venue on time. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control e.g. adverse weather conditions,
unexpected traffic delays or accidents, vehicle breakdown etc.

Supervision
We do require at least one adult to be present for the duration of the party and a no smoking policy. In an exceptional circumstance, should we feel that a guest(s) is behaving in an unacceptable manner, we reserve the right to ask the responsible adult to exclude the guest(s) from the party.

           

Numbers attending

If the number of children attending exceeds the recommended party number a surcharge of €9.50 will apply to every additional child.
Parties must not exceed 25 children unless previously agreed (surcharge may apply)

The name Loopy Lenny® is a registered trademark of Loopy Lennys Balloons.
